Studio Booking Guidelines

  • When making your booking, please ensure that you allocate sufficient time for any necessary room preparation, post-session tidying, and the transfer of your recorded data to your personal storage device(s). If unsure, contact us for an estimate. Note that data transfer will take longer if you are recording in 4K.

  • If you're booking within the next 48 hours, please email studio@JoyPeddlers.com to confirm availability. The studio is open Monday to Friday, with weekend bookings available upon request.

  • Should you prefer to arrange payment via invoice, please contact us via email to finalise your booking arrangements.

  • To ensure optimal recording performance, please bring a storage device with a minimum sequential read and write speed of 1000 MB/s.

  • As a standard service, we provide an automatic backup of all recorded footage and audio for a period of one week. For extended backup requirements, a one-month option is available.

  • If you're not familiar with the equipment, we strongly recommend booking an engineer for assistance.

    • More than 7 weekdays before booking: Full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

    • Less than 7 weekdays before booking: No refund or rescheduling.
